Terms of Service – LOQAL GmbH
These terms apply to orders placed by customers in the United States on loqal.world and shop.loqal.world.
1. Seller

2. Our products
LOQAL sells apparel and accessories with designs generated from a place you choose. Every item is printed or embroidered on demand after you order; we keep no stock. Product photos and mockups are illustrations – small differences in color, placement and material can occur in production.
3. Orders
Product pages are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By completing checkout you place a binding order. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or start production. We may decline an order, for example if a design would infringe the rights of others; in that case we refund any payment in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices on our U.S. pages are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs are shown in checkout before you place your order. We accept the payment methods offered in checkout, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is due when you place your order.
5. Shipping
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the item is delivered to the address you gave us.
6. Returns, refunds and defects
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Items that arrive damaged, defective or misprinted are replaced or refunded as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Your content
If you add text, images or other content to a product, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate the law. We may refuse to print content that is unlawful, offensive or infringing.
8. Intellectual property
Designs, graphics and software on our website belong to LOQAL or its licensors. Buying a product does not grant you a license to reproduce the design. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of the state in which you live.
