Shipping Policy
Made to order
Every item is produced after you order it. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Orders to the United States are normally produced and shipped from facilities within the U.S.
Delivery times
United States: usually 5–12 business days in total (production plus shipping)
Canada: usually 7–15 business days
Other countries: usually 7–20 business days
These are estimates. Busy periods, such as the weeks before the holidays, can add a few days.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the product and destination and are shown in checkout before you pay. Sales tax, where applicable, is also calculated in checkout.
Duties and taxes
U.S. orders shipped from U.S. facilities do not incur import duties. If an order has to be shipped from outside the U.S., import duties or fees may apply; we will let you know before shipping if that is the case.
Tracking
When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please double-check your shipping address. Once production has started we can no longer change it.
