All products are made individually for you.
This means: Your order will only be produced after it has been received and then shipped. There is no stock holding.

Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 5–10 working days.

🌍 Shipping Area and Delivery Times

We deliver to Germany, all EU countries, the USA, and many other countries. Whether we deliver to your address can be seen in the ordering process.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import fees may apply.

🚚 Shipping Service Providers

Shipping is carried out by external shipping service providers. The selection depends on the product and destination address.

💰 Shipping Costs

The shipping costs depend on the product and delivery country. They will be displayed in the ordering process before you complete your order; within Germany, they start from €4.99.

📬 Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number (if available).

Since each product is made individually for you, the delivery time may be longer than for stock items.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correctly provided, as no changes can be made after production has started.

Custom-made products are excluded from exchange unless there is a production defect.
